Call for Papers

Paper Submissions: Papers are welcome on topics in any area of philosophy; however, submissions that reflect Professor Lachs' lifelong interests - especially "the relevance of philosophy for life" - will be particularly favored. Deadline for receipt of submissions is Friday, September 14, 2007. Electronic submissions in either Word or plain text (ending in .doc or .txt, respectively) format are strongly preferred. Use Times New Roman 12 point font. Maximum length is 20 minutes reading time (approximately 12 double-spaced pages). Head your paper with a short abstract of no more than 100 words. If you cannot submit electronically, mail two hardcopies and include a floppy disk version of your paper if at all possible. If you know of someone who might be willing to comment on your paper, please provide his or her name.
